Termite Management Systems — More Than Just a One-Off Treatment

A termite management system — regular monitoring plus targeted treatment if needed — does something a one-off barrier or treatment can't: it keeps watching. We inspect your property first, from $280, then recommend and install the system that fits what's actually there.

Why “Treated Once” Isn't the Same as “Protected”

A Treatment Fixes What's There. A System Watches for What's Next.

Treating an active termite problem and protecting a property long-term are two different jobs. A treatment deals with the termites you've already found. A management system — regular monitoring, bait stations, ongoing checks — is what stops the next colony from getting a foothold without you finding out the hard way, months or years later.

We don’t sell a system off the shelf. We inspect the property first, from $280, so the system we recommend is sized to what’s actually around your home — the timber, the landscaping, the slab, the neighbours — not a generic package sold the same way to every house on the street.

You’re Not Overthinking This

The Thought That Brought You Here

Most people looking into termite management systems are either dealing with an active problem and realising a one-off treatment isn’t the end of it, or they’ve had a property inspected and been told the risk is real enough to warrant ongoing protection. Either way, it’s the right thought — termites don’t leave once you stop watching, and the damage is done and visible.

Either way, the question underneath it is usually the same: I want something that actually keeps watching, not just a one-off that leaves me guessing in two years. That’s what a managed system is — and it’s why we inspect first, so what we install is designed around your specific property and risk.

Why This Actually Works

What Makes a Managed System Different From a One-Off

1. This is a real, local risk

Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane South termite pressure is high enough that monitoring isn’t paranoia — it’s just not a rare edge case.

2. A generic system misses property-specific risk

Soil type, slab edges, plumbing penetrations, timber contact points — a system installed without accounting for these doesn’t watch the right places. A Termatrac T3i inspection maps them before we recommend anything.

3. Skipping the design step has a cost

Stations placed in the wrong spots — or the wrong number of them — don’t catch a colony coming in from the side that wasn’t checked. The gap doesn’t show on the invoice: it shows when you’re dealing with having one at all.

4. $280 is what makes the system trustworthy

We charge for the inspection that comes first because it’s the step that makes the system recommendation mean something. A system designed without it is a guess.

Questions

Before You Book

What’s the difference between a treatment and a management system?

A treatment resolves active termite activity. A management system — bait stations and regular monitoring — is ongoing protection that intercepts new activity before it reaches your structure. Both have a role; which you need depends on what the inspection finds.

What actually happens on the day?

Our technician inspects your property using a Termatrac T3i — radar movement detection, laser-guided temperature readings and moisture sensing — not just a visual check. You’ll get a clear walkthrough of what was found and a recommended system configuration for your property, on the spot.

What’s included in the complimentary pest service?

When you install a termite management system with us, we include a single general pest service (cockroaches, ants, spiders) at no extra charge. Terms apply — ask when we call.

Do you service my suburb?

We cover Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane South. Pop your suburb or postcode in the form and we’ll confirm availability when we call.

Ready to Stop Hoping and Start Monitoring?
